By creating a Famly.ca account you agree to these terms. Famly.ca is a family health, wellness, reminder, pet care, and household organization platform. Famly.ca is currently designed for one adult organizer account per household to manage family, pet, wellness, and reminder information privately.
1. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. Use a strong, unique password. Famly.ca is currently designed for one adult organizer account per household.
2. Acceptable use
- Only add information about yourself and members of your own household.
- Do not use Famly.ca to store data you are not legally permitted to store.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data, bypass rate limits, or reverse engineer the service.
3. Not medical, veterinary, legal, financial, or emergency advice
Famly.ca is designed for general organization and wellness support only. Any content displayed in the app, including AI Wellness Assistant replies, is general information and is not medical, veterinary, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Users should contact qualified professionals for medical, veterinary, legal, financial, or emergency concerns. In an emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
4. AI Wellness Assistant
AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them for critical decisions. Fair-use rate limits apply per user per day.
5. Product and service recommendations
Famly.ca may display recommended family, wellness, pet care, household, and lifestyle products or services. Links may be affiliate links that earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Recommendations are not endorsements or professional advice.
6. Free service
Famly.ca is free for families. No credit card is required. There are no paid plans, trials, or credit-card requirements today. We may change this in the future with notice.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. No warranty
Famly.ca is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Famly.ca after an update means you accept the revised terms.
