By creating a Famly account you agree to these terms. Famly is a free personal organizer for one adult account holder to manage family, pet, and reminder information privately.
1. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. Use a strong, unique password.
2. Acceptable use
- Only add information about yourself and members of your own household.
- Do not use Famly to store data you are not legally permitted to store.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data, bypass rate limits, or reverse engineer the service.
3. Not medical, veterinary, legal, or emergency advice
Famly is an organizational tool. Any content displayed in the app, including AI Assistant replies, is general information and is not medical, veterinary, legal, or emergency advice. Always consult a qualified professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
4. AI Assistant
AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them for critical decisions. Fair-use rate limits apply per user per day.
5. Product recommendations
Famly may display product recommendations, including those added by you. Links may be affiliate links that earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Recommendations are not endorsements or professional advice.
6. Free service
Famly is free for everyone — every feature is included. There are no paid plans, trials, or credit-card requirements today. We may change this in the future with notice.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. No warranty
Famly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Famly after an update means you accept the revised terms.
